EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF HOLY COMMUNION

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are individuals who offer the body and blood of the Lord Jesus at Communion time during the Liturgy. Becoming more involved with this Holy Sacrament is a wonderful experience!

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have received the Sacrament of Confirmation or in the second year of preparing to do so

-Receive formal training

-Commit to a particular liturgy on a rotating basis scheduled quarterly by the Eucharistic minister coordinator

-Responsible for finding substitute in case of absence

-Commitment needed: 4 hours per month assigned.
